Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

 

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10-20 business days after dispatch. Delivery can occasionally take longer during holidays or busy periods.

 

Where our products ship from

To keep our prices low, our products are shipped directly to you from our partner warehouses, mainly in China. If you buy several items, your order may arrive in more than one package.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
