Digital products – no right of withdrawal after download

All our products are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Before checkout we ask you to tick a box confirming that (1) you want the download to be available immediately after payment and (2) you understand that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started (Swedish Distance Contracts Act, 2 ch. 11 § p. 11, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)). We confirm your consent in your order email.

The text you agree to: “I want the download to be available immediately after payment, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started.”

This means digital products cannot be returned or refunded just because you changed your mind.

Faulty files

Your statutory rights always apply. If a file is faulty, will not open, is incomplete or does not match the product description, contact us within a reasonable time and we will send you a working file or give you a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Swish). Depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days. When an order is refunded, its download links stop working.
